Worcester City Council has secured Sustainable Warmth funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of up to 94 privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2023 and have appointed a Retrofit Coordinator (incorporating Advisor, Assessor, Designer and Evaluator roles) as defined under PAS2035:2019 to support delivery of energy efficiency measures in the private domestic sector in Worcester City.
The Consultant will also be required to carry out the post-EPC assessment of the property following installation to measure the improvements.
