The City Council’s Highways Operations Division is responsible for maintenance of the adopted highway network in Stoke-on-Trent.
The creation of this framework will provide increased capacity to enable the team to meet in-coming demand.
During any periods where demand is greater than capacity, additional resources will be drawn down through the framework.
This framework will be divided into Lots and will cover the following activities: • Carriageway patching and pot-hole works • Small to medium scale resurfacing works • Minor Road Repairs - Labour day rated • Car park constructions • Drainage infrastructure repairs and installations • Vehicle access crossing points • Paving and footway works • Specialist paving works • Civil Engineering Projects
