The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 15 Contractors unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage.
A further 5 contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage.
For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff.
And or a Public Building which is in use by members of the public.
