This Contract is for the provision of a Step Up service in Oxfordshire.
The provider is to deliver both the accommodation and staff.
Step Up housing is short-term accommodation (typically up to six weeks) for people who are either experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness, with the purpose of avoiding rough sleeping and avoiding presentations and admissions into a hospital setting where there is no medical need and where the individual's needs may be better met in the community.
