This specification details the requirement for fire safety and associated equipment installation, servicing and testing throughout the portfolio, providing servicing and maintenance to: • Fire alarm systems (including associated parts such as panels and detectors) • Emergency lighting systems • Lightning Protection Systems • Automatic opening vents (AOVs) • Non Automatic Fire Systems • Portable Fire Fighting Equipment • Sprinkler Systems • Smoke Systems
