The brief

Broxbourne Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake the redevelopment of unused land in Wormley, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (28,000m2) to provide a new allotment garden comprising of 23 plots, plus parking and a new bellmouth access from the adjacent road.

Works include road entrance access works, earthworks including remediation of topsoil and a cut and fill exercise.

In addition civils works to the aforementioned road including kerbing, fencing, drainage and soft landscaping / planting works.
