Derry City and Strabane District Council seek tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Lead Fit-Out works with specialist Museum and Heritage / Visitor Attraction experience to provide and install high quality, robust exhibition fit-out works for the DNA Museum project, including the supply, co-ordination and installation of physical interactives, models and setworks, AV hardware and graphics (indoor and outdoor).
The main area of work is concentrated within the interpretative visitor experience within the former barracks in Ebrington.
The scope of works will include: Interpretation fit-out – joinery and setworks (lead contractor), With the following specialist sub-contractors to be sourced, managed and co-ordinated: Physical interactives (development, production and installation), Modelmaking and setworks (development, production and installation), Graphic print production and installation (indoor and outdoor graphics), AV hardware (AV control system design, equipment supply and installation).
