The new framework will be an evolution from HDDOM and will be named Hampshire Day Opportunities Framework (HDOF) and will be aligned with the Care Act 2014, aiming to meet eligible care needs by offering meaningful daytime activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion.
HDOF will be designed to provide daytime activities and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, older adults and people with mental health needs.
