The brief

Belfast City Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the comprehensive management of medical and first aid services in support of the Fleadh Cheoil event.

This includes, but is not limited to: - Establishment and operation of a dedicated medical centre - Provision and maintenance of appropriate medical equipment - Deployment of trained medical and first aid personnel - Supply of suitable vehicles for medical response - Delivery of relevant training and certification - Provision of radios or other communication equipment to support medical coordination The appointed provider must be capable of delivering a robust and responsive medical service that aligns with the scale and sensitivity of the event.

As part of the tender process, providers will be required to demonstrate their capacity to cover the necessary number of shifts and deploy sufficient medical personnel, as deemed appropriate by the Council, to ensure public safety throughout the event duration.

This notice is issued for market engagement purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition.
