The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a core component of our wellbeing support for employees and a significant investment within our strategy.
A high-quality, reliable EAP enables timely support for employees when they are struggling, while also underpinning our preventative approach to wellbeing and the management of workplace stress.
As such, it is essential to progressing the 'delivering an engaging experience' pillar of our Empowering People Strategy.
The purpose of the tender exercise is to review our existing EAP provision to ensure that we continue to have a cost-effective, high-quality EAP.
The procurement will be undertaken by means of Further Competition under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Consortium (ESPO) framework Occupational Health Services; framework reference 985B_23.
This further competition is being carried under Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programme, and all suppliers on this Lot are invited to submit a proposal. (For information, the procurement follows on from a Market Engagement exercise carried out by the University, ref.2025/S 000-074168)
