Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking to contract a company or organisation with the necessary accreditation, skills and expertise to set up, organise, deliver, monitor and evaluate cycle training to BikeAbility Wales National Standards Cycle Training levels 1,2 and 3.

The contract is from 1st October until 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for upto 3 further years subject to Welsh Government Funding being received.

National Standards Cycle Training Scheme is fully funded by Welsh Government on a yearly basis.

Independent bids are submitted by each Authority annually and are informed if successful for funding by April each year.
