The Suppliers with relevant skills, experience, and expertise in providing expert advice and training on a wide range of planning issues to decision makers and consultees.<br/><br/>This procurement is part of Planning Related Advice Professional Services (PRAPS) Framework.
The Framework, by nature, is a zero (0) value contract and it does not offer any commitment.
