The overall objective of the Strengthening Public Finance Management of Social Protection (SPFMSP) is to provide, to the Government of Bangladesh, expertise on effective social protection policy setting and efficient social protection payment processes and to build good ICT project management skills within the Finance Division of Government of Bangladesh.
