The Council invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of legionella and water hygiene monitoring services in accordance with Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (fourth edition) published 2014 to it (ACOP L8) across the Council's estate.

The Service Provider is required to put in place a programme to maintain the systems and equipment at the Council’s Premises listed in Appendix A.
