Swindon Borough Council invites you to contribute to preliminary market engagement in relation to the commissioning of an Early Years specialist nursery and would welcome the views of suppliers on the questions set out in the questionnaire.

The intention is to invite supplier feedback to help shape the final specification and commercial model to ensure the tender delivers the optimum outcomes for the Council.

Swindon Borough Council are seeking to provide a specialist nursery for children who are SEND and have complex needs.

The service would operate all year round and be open from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

The estimated contract spend is £191,000 per annum, and is expected to commence at the start of September 2026 for a minimum of 3 years with the possible extension of 2 years.
