The brief

A multi-supplier framework will be established for the provision of laboratory testing and on-site testing of highway materials.

The framework will be divided into four individual and will include a range of tests that are fundamental to the construction and maintenance of the Authority's highway network.

The initial term is for two years, with the option to extend for a further period of two years.

The four Lots are: Lot 1: Testing of highway materials in a laboratory (£50k p.a. / £200k over 4 years).

Lot 2: On-site testing of highway materials = £70k p.a. / £280k over 4 years Lot 3: On-site and laboratory testing required for DfT New Roads & Street Works Act related street works = £70k p.a. / £280k over 4 years Lot 4: Mini-competitions - for bespoke testing requirements that may or may not be included in Lots 1, 2 and 3 (£60k p.a. / £240k over 4 years)
