The project provides technical and expert support provision to the Government of Ukraine (GoU) with the second phase of The City-Ukraine Hub project, which aims to strengthen the GoU systems and available instruments to attract private sector foreign investments to foster economic recovery and reconstruction.

Upskilling the capacity of government officials and regulators in financial services and investment facilitation through tailored training programme.
